Delete your Ralso Academy account

Ralso Academy is run by RALSO GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. You can delete your account and its data here, without the app. In the app, the same option is in Profile → Delete my account.

What happens

7 days to change your mind. You are signed out everywhere at once. The account is deleted 7 days later. Signing in before then cancels the request and keeps everything.

Deleted for good

Your name, email address, mobile number and Google sign-in
Your exams, study plan, bookmarks, mistake book, notes, flashcards and badges
Doubt solver conversations, coach reports, leaderboard and league places, friends
Notifications, WhatsApp number and consent, phone notification devices, downloads
Any PRO time left (it ends without a refund, unless the refund policy gives one)

Kept, without anything that identifies you

Payment records (amount, plan, date, Razorpay reference), for eight years, because companies must keep their accounts (Companies Act 2013, section 128). They no longer point to you.
Your answers and test scores, as anonymous figures, so question statistics and other students’ ranks stay correct.
