Refund and cancellation policy

This policy explains how PRO is bought, how to stop it and when you get your money back. It is part of our terms of use.

What you buy

PRO is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days (for example 30 or 365), paid through Razorpay. It is not a subscription: there is no auto-renewal and no standing instruction on your card or UPI, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again. If you buy while PRO is active, the new days are added after your current end date. Prices are on the pricing page.

Cancelling

Because PRO does not renew, there is nothing to cancel: it simply ends on its end date, shown in Profile and on the upgrade page, and your account returns to the free plan with all your history kept. If you delete your account, PRO ends with it; deleting is not by itself a request for a refund.

Refunds

  • First purchase, little use: if you ask within 7 days of your first PRO payment and have completed no more than 2 mock tests and 100 practice questions since buying it, we refund the full amount you paid.
  • Charged but PRO not switched on, or charged twice for the same order: full refund of the extra or unused payment, whenever you tell us.
  • Failed payments: if money left your account but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it does not arrive.
  • Other purchases, including extensions and later renewals bought by you, are not refundable once PRO is active, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Discounts and coupons: the refund is the amount you actually paid.

How to ask

Email rubesh.dayalan@ralsoglobal.com from the email address or with the mobile number of your account, and include the Razorpay payment reference if you have it. We reply within 2 working days. An approved refund is sent through Razorpay to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it. PRO ends when the refund is made.
