Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and RALSO GLOBAL (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), which runs Ralso Academy at https://academy.ralsoglobal.com and in the Android app. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who can use it

You can use Ralso Academy if you can enter a binding agreement under Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.

2. Your account

  • One account is for one person. Do not share it or let others use it.
  • Give us a real email address or mobile number and keep your sign-in codes to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once at rubesh.dayalan@ralsoglobal.com if you think someone else has used it.

3. The service

Ralso Academy offers practice questions, mock tests, previous-year questions, analysis, study plans, courses, current affairs, quiz battles and related features for exams written in Tamil Nadu and India. We add, change and remove features and content over time. We try to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

4. Free plan and PRO

  • The free plan has daily and weekly limits shown in the app.
  • PRO unlocks the paid features for a fixed number of days. Prices are shown on the pricing page and before you pay. You pay once, through Razorpay, for the period you choose.
  • PRO does not renew by itself. Nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Buying while PRO is active adds the new days after the current end date.
  • Refunds and cancellation are covered by our refund and cancellation policy; delivery by our delivery policy.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • copy, download in bulk, sell or republish our questions, explanations, notes, videos or other content, or use automated tools to collect them;
  • share PRO access, resell it or let others use your account;
  • cheat in quiz battles or leagues, or interfere with rankings;
  • attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security;
  • upload or send anything unlawful, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where reasonable we will tell you why first.

6. Content and intellectual property

The content we create (questions, explanations, notes, videos, software and design) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own preparation only. Previous-year questions are reproduced from papers and answer keys published by the exam bodies, for practice; the bodies keep their rights in them (see our disclaimer). Content marked as AI-written is produced with the help of an AI model and may contain mistakes. Please report any error you find with the report button on the question.

7. No guarantee of results

Readiness scores, predicted marks, trends and expected questions are estimates computed from your answers and past papers. They are not a promise of any score, rank or selection. Always check dates, patterns and rules in the official notification of your exam. Ralso Academy is not connected with any exam body.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile or at https://academy.ralsoglobal.com/account/delete. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any dispute. Subject to that, the courts in Tamil Nadu that have jurisdiction over our registered office decide disputes.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We update the date at the top, and for important changes the app asks you to accept the new version before you continue.
