Delivery policy

Ralso Academy is an online service. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no delivery charges.

How PRO is delivered

• PRO is switched on in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute and at most within a few minutes. You see it on the upgrade page and in Profile, and you get a notification in the app.
• Everything PRO includes (practice without daily limits, every mock test, courses, the full study plan and the other PRO features listed on the pricing page) is available straight away on the website at https://academy.ralsoglobal.com and in the Android app, on any device you sign in on.
• Practice packs and mock tests can be downloaded inside the app for studying without a connection.

If PRO does not appear

If money has left your account and PRO is not active after 30 minutes, do not pay again. Open the upgrade page and choose Check again, or email rubesh.dayalan@ralsoglobal.com with your Razorpay payment reference. We reply within 2 working days; refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
