  • Educational MethodologyThe common Educational Methodology section covering educational psychology, teaching methods, assessment and evaluation, and the philosophy and policy of education in India.45
  • General KnowledgeThe common General Knowledge section covering the history and culture of Tamil Nadu, Indian polity, geography and general science.97
  • General TamilTamil grammar, vocabulary, literature and comprehension at SSLC standard, as in eligibility and scoring tests.96

  • ChemistryThe Post Graduate Assistant Chemistry paper covering inorganic, organic and physical chemistry, quantum chemistry and spectroscopy, analytical chemistry, and applied and environmental chemistry.101
  • EnglishThe Post Graduate Assistant paper in English, covering British, American, Indian and postcolonial literatures, literary criticism and theory, linguistics and English language teaching.50
